Congratulations to RØRY, whose EP FAMLY DRAMA was released today.
The deeply personal EP has received rave reviews and acclaim and features the singles the apology I’ll never recieve, ALTERNATIVE and hurt myself. The three tracks have picked up a huge amount of support on TikTok, with combined views of 29 million, and 77,000 uses of the songs. RØRY has over 3.7 million views of her previewing the filter she made for ‘the apology…’ and across all her videos, she has over 3.1 million likes and 326,000 followers on her TikTok.
Rory also today revealed the music video to the lead single, ‘Black Hearse’, which you can watch here.
Speaking about the EP, RØRY explains: “There is a proverb that says “the child who is not embraced by the village, will burn it down to feel its warmth”. That sums up this EP. It’s my messy attempt at making sense of a broken home, of addicted adults, of zero accountability, and of always being the one that is blamed.”
RØRY’s headline UK tour takes place in February and March 2024, playing venues in Bristol, Cardiff, Norwich, Nottingham, Manchester, Glasgow, Newcastle, Birmingham, Brighton and London. Tickets are available to buy here.
