As Talent Coordinator your role is to support our managers and talent roster while taking on additional responsibilities beyond that of a talent assistant. This role is the next step for a budding Talent Manager (or similar) with a desire to learn the ins and outs of the digital talent space. As Talent Coordinator you will demonstrate a great knowledge of the wider Influencer talent management world. You will be able to work well under pressure and prioritize your work load to best support your manage while delivering excellent communication skills whether in person, by phone or by email.

Diary and inbox management.
Liaising with talent.
Arranging gifted products.
Managing social media and website.
Creating social content (video and still)
Finance and invoicing.
Developing relationships with brands and agencies.
Assisting with content strategy for talent.
Brainstorming creative brand collaboration ideas.
Working across pitches for brands.
Generating of daily payment statements.
Scouting potential new talent.
Costing up Campaigns.
Attending meetings and events with senior staff.
Skills & Knowledge:
Interest in the influencer marketing industry.
Competent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable in collaborative work environments.
Detail-orientated and highly organised.
Strong ability with Office 365, Google Workspace and all associated software.
Hardworking and pro-active.
Desire to learn and develop.
Keep up to date on industry developments and the talent who inhabit the industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Handle multiple projects in a high-pressure environment.
