Overview:
Your role is to establish and manage a roster of talent under the guidance of the senior management team. You should be able to work well under pressure and prioritize your workload to best support your roster while delivering excellent communication skills whether in person, by phone or by email.
The role:
Establishing and managing a roster of talent.
Developing and advising on career strategy with talent (including but not limited to commercial partnerships, brand building, music, TV, radio, literary and events).
Negotiating.
Campaign management.
Diary management.
Managing press and media activity for talent.
Finance and invoicing.
Proactively develop relationships with brands, agencies and like-minded partners across the industry.
Skills & Knowledge:
Strong interest and understanding of the world of influencers.
2+ years’ experience working in talent management.
The ability to balance the creative vision of a talent with financial understanding.
Strong communicator.
Detail-orientated and highly organised.
Strong ability with Office 365, Google Workspace and all associated software.
Hardworking and pro-active.
Desire to learn and develop.
Business-minded.
Works well in a team.
